odegeThe Union of Kenya Civil Servants has now vowed to seek legal redress on Monday against the Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Ole Lenku if he does not rescind his decision to sack provincial administrators over the deaths as a result of the killer brew.

Addressing the press, Secretary General Tom Odege says the Interior Minister should have been the first to resign since the brew had been approved by the Kenya Bureau of Standards.

He further termed his action as misuse of power targeting people who are innocently serving the nation

He points out that rather than take such drastic action, investigations should be conducted and action be taken on those found to be culpable.
