Kisumu Town MP Ken Obura has tabled a motion seeking the removal from office of Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Ole Lenku.
Obura seeks Lenku’s removal from office for his alleged inability and incompetence to secure peace and security in the country.
The first time MP implored on the Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso to shedule the matter urgently but Laboso ruled that the matter now rests with the House Business Committee which plans business of the House.
Should the motion succeed Ole Lenku would become the first member of the Jubilee Coalition Cabinet to be shown the door.
