The Commission on Administrative Justice is planning to launch small committees within the county’s grassroots to assist the commission in reaching out to more Kenyans for justice.
The committees known as the Ombudsman committees’ roles would be among others to receive and forward complains and also act as a link between the commission and the public.
Speaking to Ghetto Radio news Ombudsman’s Communications Officer Erick Achola says the committees will comprise 10 community leaders within the informal settlements.
He further said that they were in talks with the county governments to see whether they can establish their offices in every county in the country so as to make it easy for Kenyans to access them.
