Raila’s driver Erick Ominde has denied robbery and sexual assault charges against him before a Kisumu court.
Ominde who was presented in court Friday morning was freed on Sh300,000 cash bail.
Driver Eric Ominde was charged with violently robbing and sexually assaulting security officer Nancy Sambaror at a CORD rally on July 5 in Kirembe area of Kisumu east District.
High Court judge Isaac Lenaola early this month gave an order that Ominde be charged in court after lawyer James Orengo and State Counsel Lilian Obwon agreed to settle on a date when he will present himself in court.
