Westgate attack suspects are facing additional charges after the prosecution added charges of conspiracy, being members of Al-Shabaab and being in possession of materials linked to the militant group today.
The accused had been charged with committing terrorist acts, habouring a terrorist and being in the country illegally.
The suspects Hussein Hassan Moustafa, Mohammed Ahmed Abdi, Liban Omar and Adan Abdikadir However the four denied the charges.
The Westgate attack, left 67 people dead and more than 200 others injured in September last year.
