Gone are the days that only Kenyan Dancehall Top Shutter -Redsan would flaunt of shooting his videos abroad as more and more of artists taking into the culture which does not amuse me even an inch.
The latest mogul buying the trend is Veteran Rapper Abbas Kubaff. The Rapper jetted back in the country yesterday from from his trip in Helsinki and Stockholm from shooting his much anticipated Video Shamra Shamra which will be dropped off on 27th September 2014 at club Cubano where the “Tokelezea ” rapper will be launching his new album -Ghettoholiks too.
Great and good work for Abbas ,but i ask ,why should local artistes shoot their videos abroad. Doesn’t Kenya have scenes that are adorable and that measure up to standards? What difference does the location of the video make on the sale of the song?Really???
Or is this what they term as balling???
Check out this sneakpeaks from the Shamra Shamra video……..be the judge.
