Six people died this morning after two saloon cars collided in the Miiri area on the Karatina-Kerugoya road.
Five people were killed on the spot while the sixth succumbed to his injuries at Karatina District Hospital.
Three people, among them a Form Three student, were admitted at the Karatina District hospital.
Police say a Toyota Probox lost control and collided with a Nissan Sunny around 7am.
There were 10 people in the Probox.
