The police in Mombasa got embroiled in a cat and mouse chase with suspected drug peddlers right in the waters of Indian Ocean.
After a tip off that drug peddlers were using the reefs as hideouts to conduct their trade, the police launched an ambush which made some of the suspects jump into the ocean to try and swim away.
The dramatic turn of events saw the drug peddlers take the police into circles at the reefs before escaping their net while others jumping into the water.
In the waters the two swam as a pair into the deep waters of the Indian Ocean. Overwhelmed by the depths of the sea, the two were forced to surrender to the police.
