
Acting inspector general of police Samuel Arachi has put civilians bribing police officers on notice.
Arachi warned that the first bunch of corrupt officers will soon be exposed to the public, sacked they will face the full force of the law.
Arachi told Ghetto Radio News on Friday that the public needs to help fight corruption within the police force especially the traffic department which he cited as the most corrupt.
According to the annual crime 2014 report released early this week, corruption remains the biggest challenge facing the National Police Service in the country.
