
Acting inspector general of police Samuel Arachi is set to be ‘arraigned’ in court over failure to arrest Teachers Service Commission boss Gabriel Lengoiboni.
The police boss was summoned by Nakuru High Court after he failed to effect the arrest of Lengoiboni who defied a court order directing him to pay retired teachers’salaries and pension.
The teachers who retired in 1997 accused Lengoiboni of ignoring court orders directing TSC to pay them Ksh 42.3 billion in salary and pension arrears.

Arachi is expected to appear in court on March 12th.
