A 99 year old man Wednesday denied any relationship with a woman said to be his second wife and her five children saying they were trespassers on his land.
Mr. Benjamin Chesulut told High Court Judge Sila Munyao that he had sued to have Ms Mary Chelagat and her children evicted from his 100-acre land in Keringet.
Mr. Chesulut denied fathering the children saying he never had any relationship with their mother and urged the court to permanently block the burial on the land of ‘their’ son, Mr Wilson Kerich, who died two weeks ago in a motor crash.
He said he did not know why the children bore his name. The case continues.
