A recovered mental patient is being held at the Mathare Hospital after he was unable to pay a bill of 70,000 shillings.
Michael Ndung’u also known as Kalasha, was admitted in October 14 after being diagnosed with a mental condition.
Kalasha told Ghetto radio News that his being at the hospital is worsening the situation because he is charged 1000 shillings on his bill every day.
