Esther Zai Yang the manager of the racist Chinese restaurant has been remanded at the Lang’ata Women’s prison until Monday.
Yang who appeared before Resident Magistrate Miriam Mugure was charged with running a hotell business without a tourism license.
Prosecution has opposed bail for Zai Yang saying she has refused to disclose important details about herself and her hotel .
She will be remanded at Lang’ata women prison till Monday.
