Police have offered a 20 million shillings reward to anyone with vital information on Al Shabaab terrorist Mohamed Mohamud suspected to be behind the Garissa University.
Mohamud’s picture was circulated today by the security agencies and the reward raised to 20 million from five million shillings.
The police claim he is currently the one in charge of attacks against Kenya.
Meanwhile President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed 10,000 police recruits whose enrolment was stopped by the courts last year to immediately report to Kiganjo Police Training College and start training.
The president says the insecurity challenge being faced currently is due to shortage of police officers giving room to terrorists attacking innocent Kenyans.
Kenyan security agencies have also offered a reward of 20 million shillings to anybody willing to provide vital information on the whereabouts of Al Shabaab terrorist Mohamed Mohamud who is said to behind Garissa attack.
