
All Kenya premier league teams this weekend will observe a minute of silence or wear black armbands in memory of victims of Garissa University attack.
Kenya Premier League CEO Jack Oguda, has confirmed that the KPL sorority will join the bereaved families in mourning the loss of their loved by holding a minute of silence.
The minute of stillness will be held in every match before kick off or players will wear black armbands to honor the innocent Kenyans killed in the Garissa attack.
A total of 6 matches have scheduled for this weekend with Chemelil Sugar hosting Tusker in the only fixture slated for today (Saturday 4 April).
Five more matches will be held tomorrow (Sunday 5 April) before Bandari welcomes Ulinzi on Monday 6 April in Mombasa.
A hundred and fourty eight people were killed after masked gunmen stormed the Garissa University College early Thursday Morning.
Former league champions, Ulinzi stars were affected in the Garissa attack after losing 3 of their uniformed colleagues who were on a mission to rescue the victims.
