
Hundreds of people yesterday held a candle lit vigil at Uhuru Park to remember the victims nof last weeks attack at garissa university college by al shabaab .
A temporary shrine of crosses and candles has been set up and photos of the 148 victims of the groups deadliest attack in kenya are on show.
Separately five Kenyans appeared in a nairobi court yesterday for suspected links with the attackers.
The court agreed to the prosecutions request to detain them for another 30 days while police investigate whether they supplied weapons to the attackers.
