
Southampton midfielder and Harambee Stars captain, Victor Wanyama has been suspended for the next two English Premier League matches after he received his 10th booking of the season in a match against Hull City on Saturday 11 April.
Wanyama was booked just before the conclusion of the first half after he was alleged and later adjudged to have pulled back Hull City winger, Sone Aluko.
The Hull’s game was Wanyama’s last one before the number of cards for a suspension increased to 15 but he was unlucky to receive a booking meaning the Kenyan soccer star will now Miss EPL games against Tottenham Hotspurs and Stoke City.
His team holds the 6th position on the EPL table with 56 points and are extremely chasing European football next season.
