A young woman was this morning found dead in Huruma slums after a botched abortion in one of the area’s clinics.
The woman whose identity is still unknown was found dumped at the road side with blood all over her body including her face.
Investigations by police and area residents into her death led to a local chemist where a pool of blood was found on the floor of the clinic together with her clothes.
According to the area’s village elders, two dead infants were also found in the clinic.
The owner of the clinic escaped but his assistant is currently being held at the Huruma Police Station
