A suspected terrorist was on Tuesday arrested at President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Gatundu home.
The suspect Said Mirre Siyad is alleged to have been carrying out surveillance in preparation for a terrorist attack.
Police this morning applied that he be detained for further investigations.
Prosecutors asked the court to give them more time to carry out investigations as he is believed to have associates who have not yet been arrested.
