Two senior officers attached to the Directirate of Criminal Investigations were killed and another injured in an accident along Kiambu Road yestaerday.
The three were headed to Siaya for the burial of Maurice Amatta a CID officer in charge of forensic investigations who died two weeks ago.
The two died afte a head on collision just near the Kiambu by pass junction.
One of the officers died on the spot while the other one died on the way to the hospital.
