The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission has recommended the prosecution of only two cabinet secretaries who have been accused of corrupton.
Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has confirmed receiving files recommending prosecution of Transport Minister Michael Kamau, and Labour Minister Kazungu Kambi.
In a statement the DPP says the EACC has recommended that accusations against lands minister Charity Ngilu and Agriculture Minister Felix Koskei be closed.
Agriculture Minister Felix Koskei has however been listed as a witness in one of the scandals in his ministry.
