George Thuo
Six suspects have pleaded not guilty to murder charges in former Juja MP George Thuo’s death.
Four men and two women are accused of murdering Thuo on the night of November 17 last year.
Judge Roselyn Korir ordered the six to remain in custody at Industrial area prison and Langata women prison respectively until the mention of their case on February 10.
Their lawyer cliff Ombeta made an application seeking to have the accused case listened to within seven days.
The late Thuo collapsed at a club in Thika town and was rushed to Thika Nursing Home but his attendants were unable to resuscitate him.
The case will be heard on October 27.
