
A section of Nairobi members of county assembly now wants the county government of Nairobi to move with speed and initiate proper planning in the on-going building of stalls in Gikomba market .
In an exclusive interview with Ghetto Radio News Carlifornia ward representative Hashim Kamua states that poor planning of Gikomba stalls is one of the major factor hindering salvage process whenever the market is in fire.
Hashim also urged the Gorofani estate residents and Gikomba traders to sought other forms of conflict resolution including involving leaders to solve the space stalemate between them.
Meanwhile the Nairobi county government has promised to construct new stalls for traders who were affected with the last week fire.
The last week fire left more than two hundred families homeless.
