Walter Onyino has been elected by AFC Leopards members to be the club’s interim Chairman for the next three months before election of new leaders is done.
The seven member team were elected during the club’s AGM here in Nairobi will be incharged of the club activities until december.

Daniel Mule was elected the vice chairman while Asava Kadima took the Secretary General’s post. Pamella Lutta is the new treasurer.
Other elected leaders are Robin Toskin, Peter Lichungu and Douglas Simiyu who will be serving as the club members.
Walter Onyino remarks
While addressing journalists , Onyino said their immediate first mandate will be to bring in sponsors to assist the struggling club and also finding other ways of funding Ingwe since it is currently having some financial problems.
“We have a mandate to bring this club on board and we shall not seat back and see things go wrong. We are going to do our best to help the club recover from financial constraints that its currently facing,”he said.

The AGM however did not end well since some members walked out complaining that all groups were not fully represented.
“We are more than 26 groups but I see that it’s the facebook group that is well represented in the AGM. Where are the other teams?” said one member.
