Kibra Youth Hold Demo In Support Of Waiguru

A group of Youth from Nairobi’s Kibera slums are currently holding a major protest at the CBD in support of the embattled Devolution CS Anne Waiguru.

The group that held a procession all the way from Kibera to Harambee house is protesting in NYS t-shirts and posters praising Waiguru and also telling her critics to leave her alone.

Anne Waiguru has since last week been at the center of an alleged fraudulent transaction of over 826 million shillings belonging to the NYS.

An explanation by Waiguru of launching investigations into the alleged scandal only raised more eyebrows with the oppositon calling for independent investigations.
