National assembly speaker Justin Muturi has approved a motion by Matayos MP Godfrey Odanga seeking to impeach education CS Jacob Kaimenyi.
Muturi directed that the MP must now give notice of his intention to prosecute before the house adjourns its sittings tomorrow evening.
Odunga claims that Proffessor Kaimentyi is running down the ministry of education by not listening to other stakeholders when developing policies and is not ready to work with others.
But Kaimenyi has defended himself against allegations of highly handedness and unprofessionalism.
