Eastleigh residents are lamenting over alleged harassment by a police officer imposter for the past few months.
According to Eastleigh Residents Association Chairman David Odhiambo, the imposter who is a former Police-Community chairman has taken law into his own hands roughing up any youth he suspects of involving in criminal activities.
He says the imposter who moves around with armed officers is targeting mostly youth from the Somali community in the area associating them with an outlawed gang named superpower.
Odhiambo says they have reported the matter to Pangani police station and want the police officers working with him to be investigated as well.
