Gatundu south MP Moses Kuria has now been summoned in court over alleged inflammatory remarks he is said to have made in Kiambu.
Kuria is expected to appear in court next Thursday.
Thursday the DPP moved to court seeking the cancellation of the bail granted to the MP in the last hate speech case.
