Nominated MP Oburu Oginga has asked Deputy President William Ruto to provide evidence showing that Cord leader Raila Odinga owes Mumias Sugar Company Sh40 million.Mr Oginga, said Kenyans ought to be told the truth.
The MP threatened to sue Mr Ruto for defaming his brother Mr Odinga, as well as putting his business in jeopardy.The nominated MP said his family does not owe any sugar miller in the country.
Mr Oginga spoke at Chemelil roundabout in Kisumu County on Friday evening. as the opposition leaders concluded their first round of campaigns against the purported sugar deal that Kenya signed with Uganda.
