A senator is at pains to explain to his over 40,000 followers why he has favourited some racy photos on his twitter account.
The senator of Elgeyo Marakwet claims that his Twitter account was hacked by unkown people who went ahead to spam his timeline.
One tweep, NyakundiH posted a print screen of the photo that was favourited by the sanator’s accout with the caption, “Lmfaoo….These are Tweets @kipmurkomen favorites.”
In response to all this, Murkomen posted on his twitter account, “Poleni sana for what was posted and reposted on my account. We have arrested the situation.”
Inaddition to this, he took to his Facebook account to clarify the matter.
Murkomen wrote: “Hallo Folks this is my FB account I am having a challenge with my twitter account (@kipmurkomen)Someone is making updates. I have asked IT person to help. Until I am sorted bear with me.”
Twitter skeptics had a field day over the matter.
@chwakie: “Yes Murkomen, someone hacked your account for porn. We believe you.”
Another tweep added, @tyrus: “Anyone know if Uhuru will hold another presser today? To address marriage, quail eggs and Murkomen’s Twitter a/c?”
