Kamukunji MP Yusuf Hassan today distributed Education bursaries worth 5.4 million shillings to the needy students in his constituency.
The bursaries which are part of the Constituency Development Fund were awarded to 900 students across the constituency at Kamukunji secondary School.
Speaking during the event Hassan faulted leaders who campaign on the platform of being ghetto people saying the best leaders are those who have worked to get out of the ghetto in order to assist others get out.
He also challenged the youth to take up education in order to eradicate poverty in the constituency.
