Central organization of trade union-COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli is appealing to parliament to recall the new NSSF law in order to address gray areas related to it.
Appearing before the parliamentary investment committee Atwoli says with the introduction of the new NSSF contributions the fund has no capacity to handle such a magnitude of money.
He says the fund board is currently grappling with governance issues that need to be addressed by amending the new NSSF ACT.
On the controversial Tassia ii project he termed it a Shum calling on the relevant authorities to carry out investigations and prosecute those trustees found guilty of initiating the project without following the due process.
