After many months of waiting and praying, finally Vybez Kartel was sentenced…and its nothing to smile about!
‘World’ boss’ as he is commonly known, Kartel has been handed a life sentence in a Jamaican prison and… as if that is not enough the judge also sentenced him to hard labor.
And just like his protégé who are serving lengthy sentences, judge Justice Lennox Campbell made sure that Kartel would not be free for a long time also for the murder of Clive “lizard” Williams.
However, Vybz Kartel will be eligible for parole in 35 years!
This means that if his intended appeal doesn’t go through which I highly doubt, Kartel will only breathe fresh air when he turns 78 years…ouch!
So for all the lovers of dancehall brace yourselves for tough times ahead…without the ‘Worl’ boss’!!
