An irate youth on Monday stormed a Private Hospital in Githurai 44 alleging malpractice by the hospital staff.
The youth alleged that the hospital was demanding an overly rated amount of 25,000 shillings from a patient whom they barely treated.
Twenty three year old Francis Munene was admitted at the hospital one week ago after he was attacked by thieves.
According to the youth the hospital staff held him there without treatment.
One of the protesting youth alleged that the hospital had refused to release Munene despite his brother paying a fee of 5,000 shillings that the hospital had requested.
This led to the youth storming the hospital and forcefully taking Munene from the hospital.
They later took him to Kenyatta National Hospital.
