21 st October, Saturday Nairobi…..Mr and Miss Embakasi will now have a special category for disabled persons to showcase their beauty and creativity with upcoming designers.
The beauty and creativity pageant is targeting all and sundry with in Nairobi’s Eastland’s areas. The event will have special rates for upcoming designers to showcase their creativity. Established designers will be invited to battle their brains out on the platform of creativity with the little known.
“Selected individuals will have a chance of glory for an interview with MC Dan, on Kiss Tv’s famous ‘sexy Thursday’ program and also get featured in the star newspaper. We are also working it out with Larry Madowo for a possible feature on the trend,” Collins Omondi, chairman organizing committee revealed.
Among some of the guest of honors expected to grace the grand finale will be gospel artists Gloria Muliro and Solomon Mukubwa. The law makers will also not be left out as the deputy speaker of the national assembly, area Member of Parliament Mr. Omondi and his Embakasi east counterpart MrTheuri are all expected. The ruling party’s chairman Mr. JohnstoneSakaja is also expected to grace the grand finale.
The highly anticipated first audition will have a free entrance staged at Greenspan mall on Saturday 25th October from 10 am. The second audition will follow the next weekend on Saturday 1stNovember with the same time slot.
