Residents of Nairobi’s Ngong area are decrying the frequent harassment by the area police who allegedly arrest and harass them with no offence committed.
They told Ghetto Radio News that in the recent past there have been arbitrary arrests with fake charges being imposed on those arrested.
They are now calling on the relevant authorities to come to their aid and take necessary action against those officers notorious for the inhumane acts.
Meanwhile police spokesman Masood Mwinyi has told Ghetto Radio News that his office is yet to receive any complain regarding the issue, however calling on the area residents to make an official complaint to any other police station for action to be taken.
