“we Will Not Arrest Kanyari,” Says Police

Though there is sufficient evidence from the video aired on KTN on November 2^nd, exposing the malicious and unlawful ways Pastor Kanyari use to obtain money from his congregational Police officer from Kamukunji Police Station has said they will not arrest Kanyari.

“Although there is overwhelming evidence from the video aired by KTN, we cannot act on media reports,” Keriako Tobiko-Director of Public Prosecution at Kamukunji Police Station told The Star Newspaper.

Keriako argues that the Police have no rights to arrest Kanyari since nobody has made a formal report or record statement accusing the Con Preacher of deceit or theft.
