A woman in Nyeri County has been arraigned in court after chopping off her husband’s penis over claims of infidelity.
The woman is reported to have chopped the husband’s penis after he allegedly got home drunk with condoms in his pocket.
The 40 year old man was then rushed to the Nyeri Referal Hospital by good samaritans who expressed rage over the woman’s act.
“You cannot chop off a man’s manhood. The man is the head of the house and chpping off his manhood is declaring him useless,” said an enraged woman.
‘Nyeri women have lost demand. I personally have made a vow not to marry from Nyeri, i’d rather go and marry in Laikipia County but not Nyeri,” remarked another resident.
The lady was arraigned in court and charged with inflicting body injuries and offered a bond of Ksh. 20,000 with a surerity of the same amount.
