The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission has cleared suspended Cabinet Secretary engineer Michael Kamau and two other Cabinet Secretaries of graft charges leveled against them.
Michael Kamau has been cleared just a day after his dramatic arraignment in court over abuse of office charges.
A statement sent by the Director of Public Prosection also indicates that the EACC has cleared Energy CS Davis Chirchir, Felix Koskei of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko.
The DPP has however stated that his office will review the cases independently before making a decision of them.
According to the DPP, out of the 28 files forwarded by the EACC only 17 have been forwarded for prosecution and six recommended for closure.
