embassava2Embassava Sacco has agreed to comply with NTSA’s suspension and fulfill all the demands that led to the suspension.

The Embssava suspension comes after one of the sacco’s drivers caused an accident last week leaving two people dead.

Addressing the media today the sacco Secretary   General Alfred Bichage says they will embark on training all their drivers and conductors as well as senticising them on roads rules and regulation before they resume duties.

A letter seen by the Ghetto Radio News says that the NTSA demands that the sacco remits coppies of good conducts and the driving licences of its drivers before they can be allowed back to their duties in two days time.

Bichage however, urged the authority to come with realistic mechanism to deal with such cases saying the sacco employs many and punishing all sacco vehicles infringes many employees’ rights.

Hundreds of commutters in Eastlands were today stranded following the suspension of the buses’ operation. This means that the transport crisis in Eastlands will only take longer following the sacco’s move to comply with NTSA’s order.
