Inspector general of police Joseph Boinet has contradicted his boss Interior cabinet secretary Joseph Nkaisery on whether the police had intelligence report on the Mandera terrorist attack that claimed 14 lives on Tuesday.
According to Boinet, the police had a clue on the attack, however says intelligence reports were not clear on the exact area where al shabab militants planned to attack.
