The Office of the Attorney General has finally submitted the two-thirds gender rule bill to the parliament for debate and enactment as was ordered by the supreme court early last month.
Addressing the media today the Attorney General prof. Githu Muigai says the move will now ensure the two –thirds gender bill is fully implemented saying the necessary amendments have already been looked into by his office.
Githu however,urged members of the parliament not to politicize the bill as been witnessed before when on the house floor.
