Central organization of trade unions secretary General Francis Atwoli is urging the government to review the terms and conditions of health workers to ensure they are retained in public hospitals countrywide.
In a statement sent to newsrooms, Atwoli warned of a looming health crisis over the mass exodus of medical practitioners from the public health facilities.
The COTU boss said the government should intervene immediately and engage the Kenya medical practitioners’, pharmacists and dentists union to avert the looming heath crisis in the country.
