The Judicial Service Commission-JSC has finally appeared before the parliamentary budget committee after initially failing to appear before the legal committee on budget issues.
Their visit however seemed to be time barred as their proposal for increased budgetary allocation could not be factored as the budget policy statement is already before the house.
Chair of the committee Mutava Musyimi however called for a continuous good working relationship between the two forms of government to promote efficiency.
The judiciary through its registrar Anne Amadi has in the meantime indicated that with limited resources allocated to them they may not be able to operate optimally as expected by the Kenyan public.
