President Uhuru Kenyatta has declared war against terror in the country.
Speaking during the police pass out parade Uhuru stated that the country will not compromise with terrorists who prefer death and destruction to discussions.
The president also clarified that the war against terror was not about religion but against criminals who have taken advantage of Kenya’s humility in hosting them in times of need.
According to the president this will be achieved by equipping and protecting security officers as they strive to protect Kenya.
Over 200 police officers graduated today in a pass out parade held at Kiganjo.
