The Kenya National Examinations Council Acting Chief Executive Officer Joseph Kivilu says test papers have already been sent to 800 distribution centres countrywide
Kivilu warned that severe measures will be taken against candidates who engage in examination malpractices.
The warning follows claims that university and college students were leaking the examinations.
Meanwhile, examination papers were early today airlifted to Turkana County after a vehicle tht was ferrying examination papers was attacked by bandits.
The examination papers were burnt during the attack.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto have already wished all candidates good luck and cautioned them against exam cheating.
